Default Z Licence Plates.. Just a coinsidence? Any one else??

Funny story
I live in Oregon where our state Issuse licence plates use a
three letter / three number scheme. ex. ABC 123

anyway, the DMV is currently down to the Z's well when i got mine my Plates the letters were "ZUX" i thought that was funny considering it says "OREGON" at the top then "ZUX"

my moms roadsters' letters are ZME i thought that was GREAT!!

Did anybody else just happen to get state issued plates that fit the Z? (not custom plates)

I have W61 ZHB....To me, the W was my Highschool, "Whitman"....the 61 was my birth year, 1961.....The Z, self explanatory but, combined as "ZHB"....That's my idea of a natural high..For those who get my drift? Heh....

My New Jersey plate is PHZ - *** (wish I could say I'm a doctor but I'm not) actually my wife is a nurse and one night we went to a dinner (forget what it was) but our name tags were Dr and Mrs Fritz Ras*******

I still want custom plates some day but at least it has a Z in it.

I saw a new Z here in VA yesterday, still had the new tags on, with something like Z52..... Didn't realize they had gone to tags already.
