Anyway I can just tighten whatever is loose myself? I don't feel like dealing with them.

The sound is comming from the front left, and I know some of you guys have this problem also.

 

There is a TSB for it. It requires tourquing the upper arms to spec. Tell your dealer to look up the TSB. I just had it done, mine was knocking from the right while making U-turns and going up driveways. TSB fixed it.
