Ok I was driving and I noticed that I had a little roar going on. Then I pulled over and looked at my tires and noticed that the two front were really different. I looked and inspected some more and I noticed that the driver's side front tire had more tread and the passenger. I was WTF.... How can this be, these are brand new tires. I went to the NIssan dealer and told them the problem and they said they can't do anything about it, I understand uneven inner tire wear on both tires, but how can just one side be worn? I seriously do not see this as my problem, I see this as a Nissan problem and they aren't going to do a damn thing about it. I love the car but can't keep buying new tires here and there, they are some expensive crap. I had no problems up until now, I only have like 13K on the Z.
Anyone know what should I do?

But keep in mind I do have aftermarket tires, Toyo Proxes T1S. Also they are 245 ALL around, not 225 in the front.

Not once..... hmmm... maybe I should have. I never hit anything, I think I just probably hit the mother of all pot holes... If I do an alignment, can any shop do it or does it have to be nissan

Any shop should be able to do it, and most people say that Nissan doesn't do a very good alignment. Just make sure it is a reputable shop with a good Hunter alignment machine. You also could have bent that wheel or something so get the wheels balanced as well.
