Yah I was over 4000 Rpm's I mean I know I accelerated fast! ... but come on... I didnt squeal and it was too 45 mph... thats the BS part!!! I did not speed at all ...

Get a Motor Trend article on the break down of the Z's acceleration. Get a lawyer. I'm sure the cop can't answer how many seconds it took you to get from 0-45, than slap him the article if his answer is wrong.
I'm quite sure this is pretty easy for a lawyer to dismiss as its too subjective to judge the seconds it took a car from 0-45.
