Have you been using he seatbelt clip on the passenger side? Also, the seatback recline is manual, you have to use the lever on the side to recline it. I thought the passenger seatback recliner was power, just like the driver's side, it isn't.

Well if there is no clip on both sides then the factory accidentally left it out. Both of my Z's has clips on both sides and one has vin# 000169 and the other 0003456. So if it doesn't have it then go see the dealer and get it!

didnt know that, but I just went outside and looked, and he is correct, the clip is on both sides.

I also tugged, and it is very strong as well.
