No glove box but a compartment behind the passenger seat on the Touring and another one behind the driver on all other models. Yes, just a tiny storage area if no Nav (that's where I put my wallet on long drives).

well i did the searches and all i could find was people complaining that they wanted a glove compartment in the usual place but it looks like there is a little handle right to the right of the navscreen/stereo so i didn't know if that was a cupholder or a handle to open the glove compartment or if the glove compartment people were referring to was just between the seats or what...

Perhaps one more reason for "my350Z" to create an FAQ.

GREAT idea MaxTR! just lend me your Z for a couple of weeks and i'll do a full write-up and faq! lol j/k. there isn't much info about anything on the nissan site either. you'd think that nissan would be milking this car for everything its worth for their brand image but they don't seem to be and they are just sitting back thinking this car will sell well b/c of preorders but should be putting out a better marketing campaign for long-term.

that's weird that the touring has the passenger compartment but the others have the drivers'? what is that about? is there an explanation? i wonder what that thing is on the VR on nissan's site by the dash what should be a glove compartment handle to open it...i'll do some more searches to try to find out i guess

The Touring comes with the Bose stereo and the Sub-woofer goes behind the driver.

There is a cup holder just to the right of the center waterfall. It's a pop-out type.

haha i finally found a pic of it - what a joke haha. the weird thing is thta it is the perfect place and look for a handle to open an imaginary glovecompartment i wonder why there isn't one at all must be jam packed of the a/c and airbag, etc. this car looks like a very easy one to do an audio upgrade - so many small cubbies that can't hold anything except amps and speakers i heard that the bose system was horrible - while i was searching for the cupholders people complained that the radio on the bose sounded muddy - maybe its better to just get the base and upgrade w/ aftermarket. hmm

well...nobody keeps gloves in there anyway....so it should officially be renamed "the hole where you stuff all you ****"
or in the world of acronyms h.w.y.s.a.y.s.

I was wondering if when you did your transmission fluid change by accident if the tranny fluid looked dirty or not. I remember you saying it was red. Just wondered if it should be done at 3 or 6K miles to keep the junk out of the tranny.

Thanks
