Talked with my claims adjuster yesterday about my accident on Friday. (hit by a Honda Element posted in another thread).

First off she said that she cringed when she first saw the report. Her comment: "I can't believe the ugliest car on the road ran into the best looking car out there". That made me feel a bit better.

Second, after taking my statement, she ruled that I was 100% not at fault, so I don't have to pay my deductible!!!

I changed insurance companies in March, and upped my deductible to $1K to save some money, so I was kicking myself about that all weekend. Car goes in tomorrow to get fixed.

Yep, that's why I don't have to pay my deductable. They are going after her insurance for payment!!!

I just wish there was more justice to be had with her, but I'll take what I can get.

I wonder what she would have done if I had been sitting there taking pictures and videos of her stupid self.
