I actually happen to live very near where you described your run and have myself done 100+ runs there. Be real careful though, I drive I-84 all the time and the Oregon state highway patrol are ****'s w/ their LIDAR around there, I pretty much see one everytime I drive on I-84. You just don't want to be goin to jail bc they won't hesitate. just a warning.
I think this car can do top speed (150ish) stock, but to get any higher you need either to reflash your current computer or buy a new computer. The computer basically cuts fuel at that high of speed so you don't go too fast
I did 148mph and believe i could have very easily exceeded that if fear hadnt kicked in.

agreed i think controlled chaos is great. Theres no fun if theres no risk but when the risk is others lives i think its just selfish.
