That kinda stuff happens to me all the time. Especially on my bike, like a month ago, this guy tried to kill me! Its one thing if im in a car but when Im on the bike, theyre really putting my life in danger. All because I was doing the speed limit on a local road & so was everyone else so he couldnt get around anyone... finally he gets off my *** to come along side of me to curse me out... i wish i didnt need my throttle hand... i wouldve cracked him in the face but Im pretty sure if I was a male he wouldve never opened his mouth... where can i hide a tire iron on a bike? lol

 

that will definitely solve your problem there genius. but your new problem will be that you can't carry your gun in prison. and they 'cuz' in prison!

 

Thank you Jeb Bush for the new self-defense law. If your life is being threatened you are no longer expected to run away. You have the right to fatally injure someone that is threatening your life. If someone comes up to your car yelling and swinging a fist...you have every right to pull a gun. Florida rules!! LOL

You can't legally carry guns in Canada, yesterday i wish I could have, would have probably cooled his jets, not that I'd want to use it of course i'm a pacifist most of the time (i have a big mouth sometimes )

Having said that, if a fat f#$k and his loony family as much as breathed wrong on my car, I would have beat them to a pulp. Including the 8 year old; I would have beat him to within an inch of his life, and I think that would have been a valuable lesson for him for when he grows up. You don't mess with a man's car; that's an unwritten rule.....

Sorry to hear about your door, maybe you can claim a "hit and run" tell the cops you have his fingerprints on your window. Tell them he came out of his car after you b/c of serious road rage. You never know.

Are you sure you can just shoot an unarmed person yelling at you in your car? I think its talking about car jacking type incidents and if someone threatened you with an actual weapon. But hell, give it a try and post how it goes if you don't mind.

 

Not if he is just yelling at you...but if he is yelling threats to your life, and he is physically moving towards you then you are allowed to defend yourself with deadly force.

 

Then you'd learn the lesson that beating a minor to a pulp, especially as young as 8 years old, would get you a sore butthole in jail for a very long time.

SB track, trust me I could NOT believe it either. That kid was being encouraged by the rest of his family too. I still have a hard time believing it myself, it seemed so unreal.
