I agree with some of the people here where it was bad for you to cuss at the guy because it was YOUR mistake. But regardless, his response was immature and unnessisary.

If it was me, then I would have just gotten out of the car and appologized and tell him that there is no reason to goto jail for something this stupid. If he attacked me, then all I would do is dodge until he used his fat-*** energy up then knock him on the ground and get his license plate then drive off. The next day when he gets a letter in the mail with a bill, then you get your revenge for his stupidity.

The Letter:
"Hello Mr.?????, yesterday when I shouted a profanity at you after cutting you off, you damaged my car. If you just pay for the damage, then you don't have to goto jail for road rage, hit and run, and assault."

Simple enough? No one has to pull out guns, nothing like that.

If the kid got out of the car, then it would be pointless to beat the crap out of him, simply let him try to hit you with his wimpy little arms... getting hit by a little kid doesn't hurt, unless he tries to fight dirty... in that case, you can just push him on the ground, because he doesn't deserve any better treatment.

Well guys this is my first post on this board and I'm sorry to make it in this thread but I feel I have to. I'm writing this from Scotland and I can't quite believe what I'm reading here. Not so much with respect to the initial incident as that happens everywhere. It's the macho bullsh*t that's gone on in this thread since. Now I am a typical hairy **** Scot who is not against violence when it's appropriate but some of this stuff is just stupid. You Americans, like us Scots, are very proud of your country and speaking as an outsider, you are doing your country no favours at all.
