Looking good! Is the Z emblem off the rear "350Z" that was originally the left side, or is it off the kick plates?

i love the "Z" too - did you have to get the nissan emblem shaved off? (were there holes to be filled?) ... too bad the Z emblem isn't bigger...

Default Hey...

Thanx Guys,

Yes teh "Z"is from the emblem that was on the drivers side along with the "350"
There were holes in the back, stupid!!!who in their right mind now a days still drills holes in the car to put some emblems on!

As far as miller nissan concerns, one of my best friends is the GM over there, and yes i got a very good deal!

Look every dealer is kinda F**** Up,thats normal, they will try to screw you,but if you're smart it's gonna be the other way around....

Hey R2D2 what up bro

How'd you get it off if the bumper emblem was bolted in? Did you have to take your bumper off to get behind it? Did you need to have the holes filled in and repaint the whole bumper? Just wondering how that works.. I thought the emblems were only held on with adhesive.

Default hey...

Well there is two holes that hold the NISSAN logo in place, aditionaly they have glued it to the trunk.
There is no screws, just holes that hold the logo, that has two 1/2 inch teeth that just held it in place.
I assume they did not wanted people to take it off and thats why they had drilled holes into the trunk.

At first i wanted nothing on my trunk,i like the clean look, but when i saw the holes i decided to put that Z in the middle where the NISSAN was.It is being held in place with a heavy duty double sided tape.

I have removed the badges with some goo gone,a lots of Dental floss to go in between, and at the end some heat from my hair dryer,to remove all the mess.

Still cant belive some moron decided to drill holes in the trunk because of that Piece of S*** NISSAN Badge, just doesnt make sense,it's not like it's 5 pounds heavy or something

Hey havabooz, that Z is perfect for what I want!! Do you have any pics on a silverstone??? I wanted to take this nissan off as well and replace it with a simple Z!

Please post some if you can, also, $35 bucks is kind of expensive for a simple Z isnt it? No, yes? If that includes shipping, then I guess its worth it.

ooh ! ooh! They have BLUE!!!! Perfect for my DB Track. Nice underhood front cover, too.

This gets added to my to-do list for body mods after the supercharger, suspension and exhaust work is done.
