Default Ughk!! Performance Nissan Did it again!

i don't understand what goes on in that place but these guys... never fail to make me happy

special thanks to Tony for helping me out with my problem and tracking down the part I REALLY needed!

just wanted to share my joy for it's been a while a vendor (on or offline) has made me feel so good.

end rant.

Your title for this post made it seem like it was going to be a negative rant.

I totally agree with you that Performance Nissan's Service Department has a big view of customer service. I actually just had a major problem resolved with them as you can read on the link below.

https://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-suspension/131742-stoptech-brake-problem-solved-thanks-to-performance-nissan.html

After this issue I have nothing but faith in Performance Nissan.

yeah just felt like poking some fun at the guy who posted not too long ago about the "back ordered item" - there was no problems at all~ I told Tony what I needed, it wasnt found anywhere then he managed to dig one piece up in Tenesse!

Wicked customer service!

I dunno. i made an appointment about my window grease problem and took it in. after waiting the whole day they told me they didn't have the kit and they needed to order it. this was the 2nd of July. well then they told me they'd have the kit ready by the 9th till' javier said they recieved nothing from the 'warehouse' and won't get anything till the 12th (today). haven't heard anything from him yet...maybe i'll give them a call later today.

Ive heard they just replace some rubber or cloth strips that guide the window up and down? I'd buy these if a kit existed, but dont want to go through a day at the dealer, and rather would do it myself.
