Default What do you use as your shift **** cover???

I just got Nismo Titanium shift **** a week ago, and this thing gets HOT AS HELL.
I'm looking for a cover for my shift ****, but can't seem to find something suitable and stylish.
I first tried on my socks but it looks crappy and ghetto as hell
I also went to asian stationary store to look for some but all they have are
those cutsy Mashimaro covers ( /.\ ) LOL
Those of you with chrome/titanium non-stock shift *****, what do you use
to protect your hand?
Pics would be nice too=)

I just bear the heat until it cools down But I imagine you can cover it with a baseball cap?

lol yea I almost fried my hand doing what you did.
Baseball cap seems like a good idea, and I did that with my auto Altima before.
But I need something that'll fit the **** like condom and be easily stored on my console lid.

A small towel used for dusting the interior would do the trick.

Yesterday, I went to lunch around 3 p.m and the **** (nismo chrome) was freaking hot. Luckily, I had my cap to use it as a glove.

I've heard this a lot. I thought that Titanium was supposed to barely absorb heat? I had a titanium watch and it was never cold or hot...but I never let it sit in the sun for a while I guess, .

I have a titanium **** and that thing gets hot as hell on a sunny day. I honestly dont believe it makes any difference. I toss a hat over it during the day and that seems to get the job done.

That is the reason I got the Nismo black ball.
It's not as cool to look at but never hot to touch.

I have had both the Ti and the Chrome Aluminum, and the Chrome Aluminum gets A LOT hotter than the Ti one... but in any case, I have an old sock (clean, of course) that I use to dust the car that can easily be used to cover the ****. Direct sunlight is what primarily makes the **** super hot.
