Well, it depends on the mode of transportation.. A direct flight between Washington, DC & Tokyo is around 12 hours (give or take an hour), so I'd say 14-15 hours on a direct flight to Jacksonville. As far as shipping freight, I can't answer that one...

My car had a build date of 19 September and date of arrival in Ohio was 30 October. Port used was L.A.

Got VIN on Nov. 5th, got to Jacksonville port on November 29th, so it takes about 3-4 weeks.

Thanks everybody - - - my order went in Oct 9th - dealer said 60 days delivery, so needless to say I'm really getting anxious.

I tracked the Z ordered on Labor Day. The Nissan North America contact I spoke to said it takes 24 days from port in Japan to Jax port. I tracked my ship on Hual's Website. He was right. It is fair to mention that I did not get my ordered car but traded up for cancelled Track model the same week my car came in. Once you get a VIN, Nissan North America can tell you when the car leaves port along with an ETA. There are some other posts on this subject. Do some searches to get more details about how to track the actual ship through the Panama Canal all the way to Jax. Good Luck.
