I am really particularly interested in the wheels. I am hearing rumors that the '06 base models will be using these 18" wheels possibly, so I'd like to see some more pics of them.

How do you fellow 35th owners feel about Nissan making our rims available on the 06 base models? I'm pissed.

Check out the new pics is this thread. https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-nissan-350z/135207-06-news-8.html

The new rims have a lip and the three dots pattern. Definitely doesn't look the same.

I think those are the Track replacement wheels (they say Rays on them). It is looking like the same 35th wheels are now standard equipment. If that is the case, then yes I'm pissed. I assumed the engine would become standard, that just makes business sense from a manufacturing standpoint. I had hoped a supposed low production vehicle labelled as an Anniversary model would have more than badges and floormats I guess.

not really phased by the 06s having the Ann rims. Itll be mid 06 before we see any in Aus, and i would have had the Ann rims for over a year......id be over it and sporting aftermarket rims by then

re pics, plenty in my gallery for ya dude

since this thread is all about requests, how about a pic of an Ann wheeled SB with a front lip, pref Top Secret CF

I may go aftermarket now.... I had originally figured I wouldn't bother since the wheels seemed to be specific to the 35th, but if base models are going to come with them, I'll probably buy something else. Too bad they won't be worth crap on ebay then...

Thanks for the pics guys!!!! They look really nice on black.

Are the Anniversary wheels painted silver or are they clear coated? In some pics looks like they're clear coated and others looks a little duller, like they're painted. I have yet to see any in person, as the dealers in my area don't have any on their lots.
