Question What's your overall satisfaction?

Before I take the plunge, let me ask you Z-guys your honest
opinion about your "overall satisfaction " with your new 350Z!
Are you happy overall with your purchase?
Do you have any regrets?
Knowing what you know now, with first hand experience, would
you buy a 350Z again?
I'm torn between my emotion(leaning towards Z) and buying
another boring SUV! Please help.
Thanks,
Eric

My completely objective review of the car is that it is about 1,000,000 times better than I ever expected it to be. The pre order process was more disorganized than it should have been, but if you find a good dealer you should be able to have a hassle free experience.

Eric, After waiting almost 8 months, I'm 100% satisfied with my Touring 6 speed. I've owned many original "Z" cars and this one is the best by far. It's fun to drive, turns heads wherever I go and performs fantastic. While I will not drive the car in snow.. I also own a GMC 4WD Yukon which will get most of the winter use but I still drive the "Z" whenever I can. Dollar for dollar it's great investment and will bring hours of enjoyable driving..

Good Luck

Steve (k2we) Dobbs Ferry, NY

Touring/6MT/Chrome Silver/Mats & side air bags. 3900 miles in 11 weeks.

I'm 110% satisfied. Nissan really went the extra mile in sending the preorderers the cards, coffee table book, etc. It's no wonder this car got "car of the year". My other car is a 4WD Tahoe which I'll drive in the winter and occaisionally when I need the extra space. If you really need the space don't get a Z - there's only room for 2 and a few bags of groceries. But if you can swing it go for the Z

Absolutely!! This is my 3rd Z and they just get better. It's not my daily driver so when I do take it out I get all excited again. It's hard to keep the speed down.....you just want to opened her up.

Yes I would do it again. I'm more than happy with my purchase and since I got my car I see more and more press confirming what a great car it is. The Z has become quite a phenomena.

I think the majority of people do not have the problems that you see from time to time on this board. Generally a happy driver does not feel the need to write post after post to say 'The car is still great'. WHile people that have issues with their particular build are going to post more frequently because they want a) to vent or b) to find help/information.

I'm also very happy that I got the LeMans Sunset. I was scared of how that color would look in person. I get tons of comments on the color as well as the car itself.

SUVs are possibly more practical (you cant fit much of anything in a z) but I've never had so much fun driving a car in my life.

my final thought : pass the SUV get a Z

I am completely satisfied. I think it is the best sports car available for the price, plus the looks rock! Keep a beater around so you don't have to drive it when it rains or snows.

SUV?

ya ba da ba do!
I paid 29K for my Enthusiast and I think it is the second best bang for the buck sports car in the world (second to Base model).

The ride is stiff but I am used to it since my old car rides a little firmer. You can look at the G35 coupe since it rides softer and has 4 seats with a trunk ( I have a accord coupe so don't need another coupe).

PistolPete : are those tires on your stock rims?

regrets? nope, things I might have done different? maybe. Im upset about the bose, but if there was no other option, I wouldnt mind even a little bit. but there is, so I sometimes wonder if performance with aftermarket leather would have been better, but then I have to consider the heated mirrors and seats that aftermarket cant provide, and my regrets simply melt away(hehe get it? melt? hahaha ok never mind)

I havent had the "fix" yet tho, so Ill have to come back to this next wensday after 2 PM.
