Fast and Furious 3
I completely agree with BillZ_Fan...Take the evo for instance. After the second movie that's all I ever heard about, "evo, evo, evo." The local Mitsubishi dealership can't even hold on evo's, if you want an evo it has to be ordered.
This would definitely not hinder the Z's popularity.

Ugh, this series has been painting a HUGE bullseye on the import mod scene. Modding cars and racing them isn't something new, but foreign modded cars are driven by gangsters and criminals, thx to this movie. Anyone else think it's a coincidence that cops are cracking down on streetracing and noise polution after FaF and 2F2F came out? But looking the other way when it's a old mustang or cobra??
Chronicles of Riddick. And the first Fast and the Furious made the supra craze go out the roof, I can only imagine what it would do for the 350Z. Loved the first movie but the second was no good.

Damn I hate fast and the Furious. I remember when I was in the market for a Supra before F & F hit the movies you could find Supra's for a reasonable price. Right after that movie came out everyone and their mom wanted a Supra and people were trying to sell their Supra's for $40k plus. I wasn't about to pay $40k plus for a used Supra.
Its a page long article on it in the new modified magazine...It was talking about how the 350z will be heavily represented. It also said that the writers were immersed in the jdm drifting scene and that they even have some of Japans top drifters on the payroll..Im guessing to add as much realism as possible to the movie.
I actually like the first one but the second one was wayyy too "hollywood". One thing for sure is hate it or love it, i guarantee 90+% of the people on this board or gonna go see it regardless. Its a cash cow...meaning no matter how bad it is its still gonna make a TON of money...Universal knows this, so im not expecting a whole lot from this one.
