I came close to hitting a dog crossing the street once in a 35 mph zone, but it was a pretty busy road. I already saw the dog from a far because it was a big black one but I didn't think it was going to cross so right when I was coming towards the dog it decided to cross and stop right in front me, slammed on my breaks and when I came to a complete stop the dog just walks on casually
