Yeah there are actually hillbilly rednecks in PA. It's really funny to go out in town on Friday or Saturday night, it's like they get temporarily released from the hills for the weekend. There are some areas around where I live that bring the movie Deliverance to mind. Hmm.......maybe they thought my car sure did have a purty mouth?

Well Eddie, I've joined the list of the vandalized. I picked up my sis from the airport yesterday and when we came back to the car, there was dirt thrown on it and a chip on the left front panel. AAARGH!
I just washed the car that day so I know that it happened at the airport. It couldn't be mud that kicked up b/c there were pellets of mud on the rear which would defy kickup from a front car. To top it off, there was bird **** on the rear window.
That's the price of being beautiful!
So a question for you all...
The chip is 1mm by 3mm. Can I fix with touch up paint? Or do I have to get it worked on. I'm not good with touch up paint so will likely have to get it done pro style. It's just annoying that I even have to do this...

I've noticed an abundance of rudeness, arrogance, and egotisim in the replies of many many members of this forum. For instance, when someone asks a question that is unfamiliar with the forum, people respond with an attitude like 'hey *******, do a search this has only been asked about 3000 times'. Well gee, he obviously doesn't know that. Or, when someone asks about a rattle or a shifter problem, of which there are many, people freak out and start name calling. There are many sob's in here that probably **** a lot of people off and then say that they didn't do anything wrong. I say, ********! The common thread here in this forum seems to be people with a 'know-it-all, fyou, my cars's better than your car, it's my way or the hi-way, if you don't like go f--- yourself' attitude. I personally would not join a Z club based on the way "MANY"(not all) of you think and behave. Always looking for a fight. You people that have had vandilism to your cars probably did not desrve that but I would be willing to bet you definietely pissed somebody off and probably has something to do with your superiority complex and your bragging about your car.

I see what you're saying about some threads as I've read some nasty replies too but unlike you're suggestion, I didn't do anything to provoke these acts. And by the way, if you think you know me, you don't...
I rather enjoy this site. If some of the Z owners are overzealous then so be it. It's the nature of the world. Don't think people with other nice sports cars aren't the same. Afterall, we don't drive Astrovans and got these cars for many emotional reasons.
Take it for what it's worth Zucks, but don't spend too much time thinking about it. There are so many other things in life to enjoy.

I am one of those people that everyone thinks is an a$$hole because I rarely talk, and prefer to be by myself. I guess the point I'm trying to make is that I drive to and from work.... that's it, I don't go out to party.

On another note the adjuster from my insurance company came out today to look at the Z. There are four spots (right where the eggs hit) that have paint and clear coat damage. The estimate was for $1104, I'm just glad I don't have to pay all of that. I hope the shop that I take it to can get it to look good again.

Hey eddieclayton I'm sorry to see your car got egged, I'm a detailer, it's too bad your not local to Atlanta GA, I probably could have saved you from having to paint, if we had caught it quick enough. Well anyway, I just wanted to let you know I like your brothers "ricer" 240 as well. Tell him to turbo his KA instead of doing a SR. SR is good but that KA will always make far more torque and he can turbo his KA for the same money as buying and putting in a SR and make more power out of it, even if it's stock internals so long as he puts plenty of fuel to it. Trust me I know.. this is my KA dyno chart 
now yea, mine is built but to give your brother an idea, this is a friend of mines KA here in town that is totally stock internally, turboed w/ 550 injectors at 15 lbs
