Angry Damn Haters

I just posted the other day and was so happy that I was getting my car today. Dealer phones and said my car will be delayed due to some bastard who kicked my bumper and put a big scuff mark in it. My dealer hopes it can be power polished out otherwise they may have to replace the whole bumper

Default Check it out in person

Think will be a good ideas if you stop by and check out the damage. It's always helpful if you have an "before-after" look at your vehicle, you should have some decision in deciding if bumper should be replaced or buffed out. Don't always trust the dealership.
Hope you get to pickup the Z soon, but do not accept it if it is not right.

Happy holidays!
Mickey

The only problem with that is I live almost 6 hours away from the dealership where I got it from. The dealer called though and told me himself that is why he never shipped the car. So I guess I will inspect it once It gets here. I have no other choice.

Look it over very carefully. They can hide defects pretty good for a short time. Polishing doesn't do anything but hide the defect for a little while. It will surface and you will be pissed and they will pull some bulls$t on you and blame it on you. I would have it replaced. It's a new car and it should arive new.

Well Rock I agree with you though he said it was a scuff the size of a thumb but I will get it thouroughly inspected and if necessary get a whole new bumper put on.
