I imagine that would be difficult to sell since most used Zs are the same price regardless of trim. Why not get more for same price? You may have to price it really low or take it to dealer for trade-in value.

Compared to other models, demand for the base is low. Your car will sell. It just wont bring the price that you're asking.

I made the chart from another 350Z forum. Members there indicate which model they drive, and the data is “searchable.” I believe that it is representative of this forum, and the general 350Z population. The most popular 350Z is the Touring meaning that almost as many people drive the Touring Coupe as all the other models combined. So shoppers are less apt to be shopping for the Base than the other models.

Thats not too bad. You should be able to sell it for that price. Plus i think you timing might hurt. This time of the year, people arent really looking to buy sports cars (atleast up north). You should have better luck when it gets closer to spring. But since you live in the south, that really shouldnt be a problem. Good luck!!

thats your problem right there. 21,600 for a base you can buy brand new for 26 or less? NO. Id pass too. Lower your price to 19k and it will sell. Or keep it and mod it out up to touring spec (lsd, nice rims, nismo exhaust, zenon headlights) then people will pay for the car.

Also that graph doesnt mean anything. So since there is a low ownership of 35th anny's no one wants one? low demand? i think not. All that graph says is touring is the most common.

See that what happens when a car company has a few different models of the same car. The base is a 27K car and kind or rare like a track and the touring is I think the most popular and prices at least 32K big difference. So when people are looking for a Z they are thinking more of the touring comes with than the base model.

Just to be scientific and statistically accurate, I don't think your car wants to get sold and wants you to keep it forever. It might be going online and messing with your auctions so it won't be sold...

Sell it through Autotrader instead. But yeah, I agree that if you really want/need to sell it then just drop the price and the fish will bite.
