Default Forget it!! I'm too tall!

AAArrrrrgggghhhh!!!

I'm 6"4 240lbs, i feel like im in my kids big wheel when sitting in the 350Z. I'm pretty mad at my genetic pool about now. I DID fit better in the G35 coupe without the sunroof, so I think I will order one of those instead.

I love the Z though!

I'm 6'5" and 285lbs, the steering wheel is too low, but thats it. Oh, I wear a size 13 shoe. Got the 5AT. I always have to sit like an astronaut, so it doesn't bother me any more.

the Z is one of the most spacious 2 seaters around. but it depends how your hight is broken down, if you have very long legs or torso, then you might get cramped.

You are NOT too tall. I have heard of 6' 6" people that own S2000's and I'm sure Z's as well. I am 6'3" and couldn't find a fault in the Z (except the dead pedal was too small).

But it's your car so if you want to think you don't fit that's fine. I haven't sat in a G35 coupe but I doubt the actual numbers are much different than the Z. I mean head room leg room etc.

Good luck with whatever you decide

I test drive the G35c with sunroof last week. (my z is order and still on order). I felt more cramped in the G35c than the z. I think it was the sunroof. But the G35 feels a lot smaller and cramped than my 328Ci. My head hits the roof if I don't lower the seat back. I am 6'1".

Anyway, the G35 was FAST and I liked the engine sound. Cannot wait to get my Z!

rant - screw cost and bring back T-TOPS!
They cannot cost that much!

Screw t-tops; they compromise chassis rigidity and pile on another useless cost. The 240s didn't have no sinking t-tops and I'm tired of paying $!K, or more, for useless mandatory options, t-tops and sunroofs head the list. I've had both and they are crap I don't want or use. Lets hear it for a tin roof. I'm 6'5".

Make sure you lower the seat all the way down for some head room. It's kind of a lame lever to do so but it works. I don't know why they didn't just add that to the power options on the touring.

At 6'2" I fit with about 2" of headroom. At 6'4" you would need a shoehorn. Bummer, dude.
