Ash tray light and Fashion lighter Q.

Ash tray light and Fashion lighter Q.
I have 2 questions please:
1. ASH TRAY LIGHT. I saw this for sale on Performance Nissan's website but I have no idea where to plug this. I don't smoke and I have the coin tray, but I wouldn't mind lighting up the coin tray! Where does this light plug into???? I lifted out the coin tray and could not find an outlet, wires or a plug for this thing.
2. FASHION LIGHTER. Again, I don't smoke but still. What the heck is this thing? Is this actually a cigarette lighter? Then why is it shaped the way that it is? Is it supposed to resemble something that it is not, like a switch in a race car or something? Is it a functional lighter? Anyone have any pictures of this thing installed?
THANKS BROS. and SISTAS!

1) You would need to remove the center counsel to access the tiny little plug for the light. But I don't think it would work without the ash tray, as the coin holder does not have the window in it which allows the light to shine through.
2) It is a functioning cigar lighter. It is also a faux race car battery quick disconnect switch. Better known as a Kill switch!
