rob berring or something?

rob berring or something?
ok so i go to the dealership and talk to a smart guy that worked there...he owns a Z and told me a couple things.
1) My engine makes a weird noise when i turn off the car because of my rob-berring is lose or something like that
2)my car sounds funny because i leave it on idle alot( i mean alot..i dunno why but i just hate shutting the car off and back on...its werird) anyhow; is it ture i should not leave the car on for more than 30seconds unless the fan is on?
