M Shaped Brace Under Car... Do Without It?
What does the M brace located under the car right in front of the rear wheels do? Is it for chasis stiffening? Is it a subframe connector? Anyone remove it? Would this screw something up?
Rescpect

the sway bar?
if so ,HELL yes it will screw something up. try taking a few hard corners with no sway bar.

Chassis brace. It should have been designed better/lighter. Why do you want to remove it?

The black M shaped thing is the chassis brace. Unless u like ur car twisting when ur accelerating or turning go ahead and remove it

Yeah, I'd count on that being a major structural component responsible for chassis stiffening. I wouldn't remove it.

I had a G35 sedan. I dont know if its the same thing, but the one in the sedan had a brace that was meant to catch the driveshaft in case of collision. Or so I've been told by the G guys.

Are you serious, or was this humorous?

That brace saved my under carriage when I went over a curb. Got hella scratch, but vital components were safe. Don't take it off. Better question, why would you wanna take it off?

Dude.. that brace prevents a warp core breach. A breach occurs when containment of the controlled reaction between matter and anti-matter is lost (anti-matter can get in contact with matter). This produces enough energy to destroy the car. Keep it on there.

+1..... I wouldn't take it off either.....your rear hatch may pop open on right turns(
