Z vs TT vs Crossfire (video)
Clarkson is just a spoiled fool who gets to drive around in Ford GTs, SLR McLarens, Porsche GTs, Ferraris, and that Bugatti Veyron. Why would he like something like the Z? Oh wait most people can't even afford the cars that gave completely spoiled him... but he can't understand that.
that was set up to bash the z, he is a idiot put the z off road ? I love to beat him. also the reason he doesnt like the z is cause of who all was involved in building it, french american and jap. its not the car its the countries involved. I am big into motorcycle racing and have been paid to do comparisons. let me tell you it so biased when i watch the vid i want to puke. They could put a lambo in there and make it lose if they wanted. stupid.
Its a good show, they always have fantastic camera work and very creative. Clarkson just hates the Z, no ryhme or reason but then again he owns a ford Gt500 and they always favour European cars when it comes to comparo's. But the show is very entertaining and worth getting the british version, not the homoginiseD U.S. showing (wink wink torrents..)

If one wanted to skew the outcome of a comparison test, this "Top Gear" show certainly demostrates how it should be done. Clearly, Clarkson had an agenda going into the test (that British cars and/or European cars are superior) and by taking the cars off-road, conditions would favor the sole four-wheel drive entrant that, coincedentally, happened to be the Audi. His bias was obvious by such generalities as "all American-built cars are rubbish" (presumably he's not heard of the Ford GT or Z06) and that the Nissan was poorly built because the fool driving it managed to push too hard on a button. The Audi, by contrast, was the only car to have the suspension collaspe during the test, but nothing was said about German build quality, or the lack thereof. The most annoying and repetitive part of the show, was the incessant complaining by at least two of the hosts about the color of the Nissan--as if a car's performance is a function of its paint job. I imagine that even in Britain one has a choice of colors (with the Daytona Sunset just being one of them). Oddly enough, the latest "Top Gear" magazine makes mention of the fact of the entire UK quota of Zs selling out before they went on sale in 2003. When all things are considered, I wonder if Clarkson or Top Gear really knows what it's talking about. Perhaps, the goal of the show is to provide a controversy and entertainment rather than an analytical program that actually tests cars.
