Default which plugs do i get for my touring z?

okay now iv got a question..... i read on the ngk site that cold plugs are the best if you race, mod, yada yada yada Sooo.. I do drive fast, i have bolt ons like full exhaust, intakes etc... Can i get these plugs and live in a cold state? Do you acually feel any difference right after install?.... you guys seem to be like yoda on this kinda stuff.... leme know, thanks josh

You wont feel a difference in sluggishness/idle quality with 1 step colder plugs even in the cold, I didnt NA. They helped my throttle response a lot, my good for 100K plugs from Nissan took a $hit at 50K miles. $65 shipped for the Iridiums from www.forgedinternals.com

i keep seeing guys posting NA what does that stand for? so your saying i will get better response and possibly better proformance? what about mpg?

Try the Greddy plugs?
Kind of expensive...
N/A = Normally Aspirated (No turbo or supercharger boosting)

so i guess the ix iridium plug will work fine since my car is n/a? i read the article, when i go tot he site, and search for z plugs it says nothing about which ones are hot and which ones are cold.

The heat range of a sparkplug is identified by the part number. Here it is a R45TS. One step colder is a R44TS. One step hotter is a R46TS. All fit the same vehicle. Does this make sense?
