Default Z for life

I want to dream about upgrading my Z as soon as they make a new model with significant changes: (ie new body style, significantly more power etc.) Now we all know when the new G is coming out. Does anyone know when the new Z is due??.... I wouldn't mind owning Z's for the rest of my life. Oh by the way what does everybody think of the Cayman? I could never afford it but I think the styling is awesome.

the cayman sits perfectly between the boxter and the 911...
and if you track it then the midship set up would be very very good...
it doesnt come with a LSD so you need to buy one on top (aftermarket)
and even that the look grows on you but its not a 911...
:/

MY guess is 2009. Most body styles have a lifespan of 3-4 years until they get a new redesign. And because the 350Z just had a little refresh in 2006, I would expect the next one to happen in 2009-2010.

My guess is 2008. After the new G is refinished, its styling will trickle down to a new Z.

The cayman is going to turn alot of heads... In original production they put a bigger engine in it and it beat the crap out of the carrera's so then they had to step down big time and now it only loses by a little but with some modding that car will kick some ***.. only 60 K The new Z release is sited for late 2008- early 2009

Thanks for the info guys. I always keep one sports car and one truck I'll be getting my new truck this year, so I think fall of 08' would be perfect for the Z. I hope they do some really big things with it. GTR's, Caymans, Corvettes, they all represent good performance values. But they are just a little bit more than I want to spend on a car.

I went and saw the Cayman in person and sat in it.......as good as it looks in pics it's twice as beautiful up close. It was sitting right next to a new 997 and shamed it in the looks department. I only wish I fit in it.......it's still S2K size inside
