STI is factory rice, and the z actually comes with a radio. What kind of a car doesn't have a radio? I understand it is a racing type car but the one i looked at had AC but no radio. I think the ac would be heavier. I don't know if the no radio is standard or what but the one i looked at was used and had no radio (no places for speakers either so it wasn;t ripped out, it was from the factory like that)
Maybe there marketing told them most young owners would simply take out a cheap factory stereo and replace it anyways thus better to spend the money where those buyers want it most, performance?
hahhahaha.....you almost had me. You guys are such kidders.
just look at this picture, okay, you have your answer. There just isn't anything sexy to look at on the rice machine. If only the hood scoop and rear spoiler were bigger
The Z jus looked so much sexier! It'll literally drop ur jaw!
IF a 50 yr old person was walking down a street and saw the Z and STI, which car would u think that person would admire more? Let jus say the person doesnt know a whole lot about cars etc.
Already had a nice looking 4 door and wanted a 350Z to replace my aging 300ZXT. I also didn't like the cheap interior with blue inserts. Reminds me of the Colt we built in autoshop in the 80's for a cheap autocross car. The 300ZXT was 20 years old and had over 200K on her. Finding parts was getting a bit challenging. So time for an upgrade. Eventually, I'm going to take the $7K I saved and mod the car. I just want to wait until my basic warantee is up.

every subaru dealer i went to acted like the sti on their lot was hot **** and that i couldnt afford it. Went to a nissan dealer and drove off the lot with a z.
Because I didn't want a pizza box on the hood and a potato peeler on the trunk. I wanted another Z, a car with a long rich history, a classic. I doubt the WRX will ever achieve the status and acclaim of the Z.
