+1, instead of constantly refreshing the page checking to see if your question has been answered.

I don't know if I would trust what a dealer tells me. I once brought my 300ZX to a Nissan DEALER to do a oil change. I was using Mobil 1 at the time so I brought my own oil (5 QT's). After I picked up the car and left and drove a couple of blocks, the oil pressure guage seemed higher than normal. I pulled over to check the oil and it was all the way up the dip stick. The dumbass had put all 5 QT's in. Should have only taken 4.25 QT's. I went back to ask him if the 'Nissan certified mechanic' knew how much oil a 300zx takes. After that I have always done my own oil changes.

Mobile 1 Synthetic Extended Performance is what I use. Recommend it. PureONe oil filter. Have a couple of Z friends. All use this same set up.
