either way...

now that I am in the office...

figure like 25% off these prices...

03-05 Assembly: MSRP $775.95
06 Assembly: MSRP $775.95

03-05 Housing: MSRP $593.50
06 Housing: MSRP $630.00

how is 06 different than 03-05? Is it different bulb type?
Is it possible to use 03-05 hid bulb and harness to fit in 06?

ummm...

06 has a single large projector that does both low-beam and high-beam HID...

the 06 headlights are direct plug and play for 2003-2005 WITH factory HID...

It is an entirely different assembly. I have not heard of anyone trying to fit a 03-05 bulb in an 06 housing. Most people upgrade the entire assembly.

since we have this on topic, I have a question to ask
my 04 headlight housing (non-hid btw) has some noticeable flaws inside and I ask the dealership about it and they said they can replace it under warranty, now I was thinking if the price difference is minimal on the housing itself, Can I have them to order the 06 housing and pay the difference? will it even fit (plug and play) for my non-hid blubs and such?

When replaceing a part under warranty is must be replaced with the same part number that goes to your vehicle VIN number...

In order for the HID set up to work on your car you have to do some wiring messing about...
