I love my 06 headlights. I'm surprised at the fact that so many people hate them. Oh well, just check out Nitrouz's headlights and you will be in awe.

 

The only people who hate teh 06' headlights are 03-05 owners. Just look at the threads and you'll see. For those of you who hate the 06 headlights, have you seen the 07 headlights? its round like the Porsches.

All projectors have that cut-off line that is different colors. It has so something to do with the curve of the glass and the way teh light bends or something like that, but it is a projector only thing and looks sick as hell.

 

I have an 03 and I will be more than happy to trade headlights and taillights with anyone who wants the older one. Thanks in advance guys.


I kinda like the new body style headlights, yes they have that cartoon setup, but I like it, its sharp.

 

I like that bumper with the diffuser..

 

i like the 03-05 lights but i like the the fact taht the 06's are HIDs and can be blacked out completely

I think the smaller lenses looks far more high tech, but I like those blacked out housings... especially with 6000k bulbs. I think those look sharper than anything, IMHO.

Id love some blacked out 06' Headlights, they have really grown on me!

 

Same here. I can even overlook the bug-eyed look for that. I'm considering adding them myself... that would allow me to keep my Track Model with DVD-Nav a little longer (since the Nav is no longer offered on the Track) and avoid the new interior trim (which I detest due to all the extra bushed metal) for a while longer.

It's easier to swap headlights than swap interior consoles and adding DVD-Nav with the 03 door to an 06 Track.

As it comes from the factory, I definitely prefer the 03-05 headlights. After seeing the afermarket black-out jobs, however, I am now leaning more towards the 06 with the modified covers and 6000k projectors. That is a tough "look" to beat.
