Default 350Z Mileage

I'm in the market for a Z.What is high mileage for a Z?
Like an amount of miles that would worry you? I want one
under 20K but say like under 30K I.e. if taken care of well, would
dependability be an issue? Year looking to buy is 03-04.

Milleage is good considering that you have a super powerful V6 under the hood with plenty of ponies. I get around 18-20 mpg in the city, premium gas... The engine is a joy, way worth the mileage.

I think hes talking about the actual miles on the car.... not mpg. lol.

I wouldn't purchase one with over 20k miles. But thats just me. I bought mine new with only 20 miles on it.

Yeah Sorry I was referring to Miles on it not MPG. Buying New is not an option so I'm looking for one with around 10k there are quite a few ones within my prices range with decent mileage mainly around 10-15k. I was wondering Dependabaility on that mileage?

I would stay under 30k miles for a used z. And even then I would test drive it thoroughly to make sure it feels solid and in good shape. Anything under 20k should definitely be fine.

I would be willing to go with a higher mileage 04 than a 03 if they were priced the same.

I'd just make sure that the car is 2004.5 or newer as a number of first year and a half issues were solved by then including excessive tire wear and transmission issues (possibly).

Low mileage or not, run a history check on the Vin. for warranty work. If you've kept up with this forum you already know problem areas of the Z. Try to buy one with some warranty left.
