The R32 weighs like 3200 lbs. same as the Z. 3.2liter V6 240hp.

But....... When you get an APR Turbo kit. It runs 11's/ low 12's.

 

I don't see a turbo kit listed on APR's website for the R32. I know some other companies like HPA came out with TT kits for the R32, but that included new tranny to handle the power and built motor and was 25K to run 11's.

Yeah, that kits was $$ too. Plus it was more like a total rebuild to handle the power. Fuel system, tranny, motor, gearing, etc. They were running low 11's though. Saw a vid where they were hitting Enzo times in the 1/4. But for 25K I would just buy a nicer car like a used 911 or something.

Wow, Z for sure, VW's are kinda, well, not very reliable to be nice. My A2 chassis "driver" when I was forced to sell my first 510 before moving away to college had ecu probs, trim peices fell off every day, and sister's A2 Jetta CAUGHT FIRE. The ex-girlfriends MK4 Jetta's glass fell inside the door while we were driving, but we laughed it off because that was AFTER the gearbox grenaded. Dealer was and @$$ about it too. Then her passenger seat spring allowing fore+aft movement snapped, and it sounded like we got into an accident. Radio stopped working, sunroof stopped working, and this was a 2004!!!
