why would you setup a course with a big tree and wall at the end of straight/middle of a corner.

from what i've heard from people that were there, the 350z was driving great ALL day, and then they did a driver swap, this was the new driver's first run and didn't have enough rotation in the car for the turn, the front wheel locked after massive understeer when the driver entered too hot in 3rd gear, and with those massive front pistons... that's all she wrote-
There was even a minor riding shotgun during the incident.... both driver & passenger what i heard were ok afterward... the Z is a complete loss.

man that sucks. one funny thing though in the video clip the people that are walking by when it crashes are walking casual and not freaked out. Maybe they have seen a lot of crashes.

 

maybe his test pipes cracked, blowing up his front tire from the massive heat.

When I saw the pic. I thought the blue barrel was put there to help hold the car up...then I saw the video. That sucks, I feel sorry for the car. :-(
