Yes, you get attention of the good crowd. I agree on that one.

My Daytona Blue ZR turns heads like nothing else I've ever seen. It is lowered just under an inch with some subtle front-end exterior enhancements. I know part of it is the color, but he fact of the matter is that with the top down, the roadster looks like an exotic. You can almost imagine it as a mid-engine car with the motor immediately behind the passenger compartment. The fact that it is "only a Nissan" doesn't change the fact that the design of the body is one of the hottest on the road.

Wow, I'm glad that I'm not the only one that thinks big of my car. Although it still is entry level sports car. But once the mod bug hits, it will no longer be that entry level sports car. You can start playin with the big boys.

I live in o-town too. too many Z's to get looks in a stock one. Then again I never notice, but my g/f always notices when someone checks out my car. I'm paying too much attention trying to passing the slow A$$es around town to notice people looking at my car.

Here in Phoenix/Scottsdale AZ you can't drive 15 minutes without seeing a Z..... they're like the civics here, in terms of abundance.

I've only had my Z for a month but I can't say that I've gotten any extra looks. Besides, it seems to me that girls who suddenly have interest after learning what you drive aren't really worth the time anyway.

BTW, I can't help but laugh at the posts from guys who write that the "fugly" chicks aren't worthy of their Z. I highly doubt that most of those guys will ever be confused with George Clooney or Brad Pitt, win any beauty pageants any time soon, or have even stepped foot in a gym since middle school. So next time you apply that beauty standard on others, look in a mirror at yourself sometime and check your house to see if it's made of glass.

LOL...that was a funny post. I honestly welcome any compliments towards my car from anyone ugly or not. Although I have been told I resemble Keanu Reeves.

Get a turbo man. V6's with a turbo rock. Although traction can be an issue from a standstill. But from rolling speeds, rwd rules. AWD has a drivetrain disadvantage from a roll that actually slows the car down with added weight. Not so for rwd. You're letting go of too much. Car styling and V6 power. But I can see how having a turbo under warranty can be beneficial. I just hope you dont sell your Z man. I would at least feel the difference between a Turbo Z and an EVO before deciding.

I dont see many around here. Maybe 3 or 4 every year. Around here BMW's are the dime a dozen "almost there" rich guy cars. Im not the type of person thats full of myself and you guys might not be either but its pretty damn hard to stay modest when you have people following you for a few miles just to stare at the car, especially when people dont see them much where I live.

Sorry beauty standards only apply to women. For guys it's the car you drive, money you don't have, and flaccid phalic you are blessed with.

Wow you have so much to learn.

As soon as a women takes interest in you because of your car/money/material things it is a definite reg flag to ditch her immediately.

IMO it depends where you are.. You can be in Malibu and be considered a poor boy for having a Z or be in some little hick town where all the teethless girls drool over you.

Let me take a wild, stab-in-the-dark guess here: you spend many nights alone.
