Default Z or a Lightning?

I like the style of the Z but want a towing of a Lightning and the speed.

Which would you do? I want both.....

You can tow with the Z but you're not going to have the tow power of the lightning. Them lightnings are power mongers! Get the lightning if you have to choose.

Reach up and feel the top of your head. Do you feel a cowboy hat or a mullet? If so, get the Lightning.

If you have to have a vehicle that tows or carry a lot of stuff you would need to get a Lightning. Also, if you into only drag racing get a Lightning. But I you are into road course racing or auto-x get a Z. If you want a fun vehicle to drive and not that handle well get a Z.

No brainer...Z. Lightnings are cool, but imo the Z is the way to go. My 2 cents...

My opinion? Anyone asking a question like this should definitely get the lightning. Hands down. No questions asked.

Thank you, come again.

... do you want a truck with 400hp and a few boltons away from an easy 500+ rwhp... but it is still a truck and gets 12mpg on premium if you take it easy

Or a Z...

And I thought it couldn't get worse than Z v. STi... What was I thinking?

Z - Sexy, will keep up with a stock Lightning with a few boltons, handles 100x better, gets 25-27mpg.

Lightning - It's an F150 you can't drive in winter, thats also means its a Ford (enough said), gets 12mpg or so, but can be easily modded to 450whp.

Either way, they aren't even a similar vehicle.

25-27 mpg on pure high way driving ONLY in 6th gear around 60-70 mph though... if u draft and down hill u get a bit more like i sometimes can get it up to 30+
but 95% of the time im backroading... so...
i get 13-14 mpg in my commutes...

Something is wrong with your Z bro. I live 20 miles from any highway and thus I am stop/go/40mph max most of the time and I'm usually around 25-26mpg. If you are only getting 13-14mpg you should get your Z checked.

no question, lightning. you need to tow right? you should be comparing lightning to x-runner or colorado extreme.
