Default 800 bucks to spend.....

Im bored and I need some opinions on what to do.

When I get money that I can spend I want to spend it, and this is why I come to you

My car is completely stock except for radio and speakers.

Now wih 800 bucks I decided to maybe buy some stuff for it... or not

Call me rice but if I spend money on my car I want to see a difference... a big difference... aka no intake (since its in the engine bay and the gains are small)

I want to improve my car somehow, looks wise, sound wise, etc

Here are my options

a) subwoofers, box, amp (dont really need it i think)
b) exhaust (or save for a better one)
c) save up for wheels
d) save up for a nismo wing/body kit

I know 800 bucks is a little... but if i have a goal i wont spend it. And I was wondering what people would do 1st with the things I listed.

Once again Im bored and just want some feedback =)

Save your money cause $800 wont get you any big gains. Turbo is the only route for big gains. I'd spend the money on:

-Test Pipes (cheap ones)
-Motordyne 5/16 plenum spacer
-Jwt Pop charger

But that is just my opinion

well this is my daily driver... and i live in NJ... so i dont think lowering my car would be a good idea

Also test pipes are out of the question since i have to pass emissions in like 1 year and i dont want to take them off and put them back on... cause i cant do it myself and it will cost me alot =(

Im leaning towards these AZA rims.... the Z-2.... the are like 1k so i may wait for that.. i just dont know

either pop charger and exhaust or save for some wheels, I would do wheels first, then exhaust.

My very first mod was a wing, and I was very happy with it. I knew my car was fast, so the performance mod can wait. bodykit, then wheels. Looks comes first before anything, cuz people are going to see your car 100% of the time and you're not gonna race too often. You get crappy gains with boltons anyways.

I disagree with everything you said. The Z already looks sexy/fast and can get handed to by many cars. Also I gained 17whp & 10wtq with my bolt-ons and thats very impressive on a N/A motor. Also a wing is drag & and a body kit is weight which slows down the car.

z's stock wheels suckz ***. bodykit isn't just for looks. all I'm saying is getting performance mods later won't hurt you one bit. my front bumper's got a huge opening for an intercooler later and you need to take out the enforcement bar, which makes it lighter than stock. My rear bumper is design to repel exhaust burns. Yeah, my boltons gave me some ok gains, but z's boltons are way too expensive for its gains.

from your list, I would get the wheels/tires. Nothing changes the whole look of the Z more than wheels and tires imo.

Modding can become an addiction. A fun addiction but an addiction never the less. To get you hooked I would start with a billet grill and anti sway bars. Then start saving for cat back exhaust and then move on to FI.

All I can say is that at about 400 hp at the crank, this car is a handful of fun.
