alright, i know this is a dumb question to some of you guys but i only have experience in the automatic world, how do u drive manual??? seriously though, no one in my family knows how, and if they once knew, they forgot.

Borrow a friend's car that they don't mind you learning on. Or buy a beater manual car.
Too bad you don't live in Europe because most rental cars are manual.

yeah most cars here are manual apart from luxury ones. To drive a manual you need to pass a test in a manual, so obviously most people learn in manuals from the begining.

They have a little shifter for that? I thought it was more like an F1 shifter, not like a standard H pattern.
The BETTER game for that is GTR...they have a clutch option, and thats just hardcore.

On a more serious note, just get the basics of how to do it online and go get your Z. I had never driven a manual in my life until I got my Z. You will learn fast when forced to.
Just be sure to go and pick it up during off hours when there is less traffic.

hahhaa naw its kinda hilirous but hey you gotta start SOMEWHERE RIGHT!! i remeber my first time when i was in my bro 94 Honda civic HB...hahah i was 16...but anyways...serious go to a faithful friend and ask them..or better yet...ask a driving instructor...theres NO way..unless u are really that good..there is NO way that u'll be good by just Reading on "how to drive a manual" or goin on Forums askin about Manuals..best bet is to get out on the ROAD with a "BEATER!" and knock urself out! just drive and drive and drive untill u get use to it...paratice...experence..is ur best friend
