Recently I was driving through a parking lot and a guy was waiting to cross in front of me so I stopped to let him walk. As he's walking by hes got his head fixed on me and he's got this scowl on his face. He gets to the other side so hes by my passenger window now still grilling me. I figure he's mad at something I did or dislikes something about me so I said out my window "you have something to say?" and the guy goes "No just checking it out."

I felt like a d00sh but that guy has a serious case of b!tchy resting face.

I had a quite a few people say is that a porsche? Which I don't understand why.

 

I've driven passed a few elementary, middle, and high schools and had the best reactions from them. Especially the elementary schools, the kids love it. Had 2 of them run after my car as I passed by one time.

 

a week after i got my 07 350z i got pulled over for speeding the cop walks up and says the usual, do you no how fast your goin, you in a hurry those sort of things. i said no i just got it a week ago just out enjoyin it, he says ill let u go this time but dont let me catch you again, as he walks he stops and says "oh and one more thing, ill never forget your car cuz I love the Zs and those r some nice wheels too."

 

When I had my car in hawaii,

(1) Drove through waimanalo then tail gated by a vw beetle two girls follow me I see in my rear view mirror the girl in the passenger seat of the vw sticking her camera out of the sunroof taking pictures of my car.


(2) Drove it to Panda express, attractive filipino girl employee outside smoking her cigarette complemented me when I parked saying she has never seen a color like that on this car before takes a snapshot and shows the cooks in the restaurant. <=== for all you people hatin on matte dark gray metallic

(3) Park my car at Ala Moana, waiting for some people in my car at macys guy walks by my car who works at cutter chevrolet asking me tons of q's about the car and admiring entire project, tells me his exp in thailand about people who do these mods to their cars as well.

(4) Parked my car in my apartment building, folks in the apartment admiring the "paint job" asking me q's about it

(5) when I wanted to mount my tires with nismo rims i needed to find a place that was willing to do it, I pulled into sams club and park near the garages and go in and stand in line behind 4 people the mechanics run in and ask me can we help you? they were really eager on working on my car. Unfortunately sams club only installs tires purchased at their store......-_-

(6) I go grab myself a subway sandwich and park in the lot, the security guard that monitors the lot noticed my car and helps me back out.

I swear to you, after the modding, it apparently gets attention like a supermodel....freaken shallow people.

 

When I had my z back this last time from the shop I was driving home from work. These 2 guys in a panel truck just stared at it, one starting clapping and the other looked like he said great job..lol

 

well my wife got it but still its my car she was coming through the gate to get on to the military installation and the MP looked at the car and said this is the nicest car I've seen in a while. my wife laughed said thanks then proceeded to drive off and BOTTOM IT OUT the MP yelled don't hurt it or ill cry. thousands of miles away and my car gets compliments

 

At recent car show. I placed 3rd. When leaving the event in traffic a random guy going the opposite direction passed me slightly, reversed & wound down his window and yelled to me in a pissed off tone...
"I dunno how your car never got best in show but he know they better stop having car shows cause clearly they don't know $#!T, they got it so f@#%ing wrong"
Not saying I deserved best in show, would be nice and yes thats what I would want but mostly appreciated his feedback.

 

While i was parked getting coffee, some old lady came up and said" i like ur wheels(rims), they look like earrings on a car". I get alot of thumbs up.. people come up to check the car when im inside a store etc... in my area its kind of rare to see a visually modified Z and it turns alot of heads. and I get raced by beater vans lol..

 

How about worst insult? I asked a co-worker if he'd seen my new car... "Oh, the mustang out there?"

The look that I gave him might well have caused him to lose sleep for a few days. He genuinely thought it was a mustang.

 

You need new friends if they think its a Mustang. Porsche i can kinda see but Mustang is not even close.

 

I get the staredown a lot (people blatantly staring as I drive past). The best compliment I got was a few days after I bought my Z: I was going through a Taco Bell drive-thru and was paying with cash (a rare thing for me). I asked the girl at the window to hold on a second while I fished some change out of my pocket, and her response was "Oh, take your time. I'll just keep looking at your beautiful car." I didn't even know what to say haha. It took away any regrets I might have had about buying it (not that I had any lol).

 

She wanted the D.

One time this girl hopped out of a guy's 350Z and ran towards mine and said "Oh my gawddd I would loveee to ride in that!!!" , she wanted the D. not Z

1) Had the owner of the company where I work at complement my Z and how nice it looked for its age. ( my clear coat is failing badly so I wax if often, and she drives a GT3...or should I say drove LOL top gear)

2) Some kids in my complex screamed "NICE CAR DUDE", so I revved it a bit at the stop sign for them, they giggled like Japanese school girls. ( SRS eghay exhaust : / )

3) Had some cute neighbor chick tell me " I wished my man knew how to work on cars"... in front of her man... ( I have to admit the guy looked pissed so I did have a wrench held behind my back...)

 

Was on 71 north heading towards cincinnati when this car full of girls pull up next to me, they are all glued to staring at my car, next thing I know the girl in the front passengers seat is flashing me her ****, and this girl was fine.

Usually when I'm driving down the road I just have people snapping pictures of it from inside their car, but never has it gotten a girl to take her clothes off!
