Tire feathering fix????
I have already recieved new tires from nissan, yet the feathering is back. What do I need to do to correct this problem? Are there any parts I can buy to correct this issue?

Does anyone have pictures of tire feathering?
I've been reading about it on this site since I joined a couple of months ago when I purchased my '06 ZR. I've got over 4,000 miles on the car now and the tires look fine. Pictures would help me know what to look for.
Thanks.

The tires will have uneven wear. The inside track of the front tires will be worn more so than the outside. You will know when you have it. When you are driving at 15-25 or so you will hear a droning noise, but it will go away at higher speeds.

If you have a 06 don’t worry about it. If you want look under my previous posts, about 3 weeks ago I posted a picture of my tires feathered.

Yeah, it's a combination of the tire design and the alignment from the factory. I'm paying out my butthole for new tires and an alignment this weekend to fix it. Even though I got my car with 4k miles and certified used, they're still holding me to the original selling date as far as that part of the warranty is concerned. Total BS.

The first thing you should do when you change the suspension is get an alignment!! That should fix your problem. And for the feathering issue I had my car aligned 2 times and it seems to be better I just put new tires on 3k miles ago and my fingers are still crossed!
