What is the VQ thingy stand for?
and anyone got more info. on that engine?
cuz i was in the audi showroom once and was talking to the salesman and he said that even he is selling the audi tt but he thinks that the VQ engine is a kick *** engine? what's about it?

Plus. can anyone explain how VQ works? cuz i've read those article about v-tec, vvt-i and the bmw val!@@# something like that (can't remember the name) and wanna know how the VQ work in it's own way.

VQ i think is just a model number. Were VANOS is an acromyn(sp) for a engine system.
