Default Urgent!! Dyno Test Tomorrow - Any Suggestions?

Sorry for the last minute question, but I am having my 03.5 6mt G35 sedan dyno tested tomorrow morning. Does anyone have any suggestion to ensure that I get the correct info from them?

Example: What gearing? Do they do the A/F ratios with a standard dyno? Any suggestions?

Thanks.

You mean get the correct information to them.

Test should be done in the gear with a 1:1 ratio.

Air:fuel ratio is standard with a dyno test.

Yeah, do I tell them 5th gear or 4th gear? Should they blow a fan on the engine while doing this? Sorry for the lame questions, but this is the first time that I have ever had a car dyno'd. Thanks.

I remember the first time I had my car dynoed, it was done in 4th as well. I ask the tech why and he said it's better for the drive train. He then showed me a run in 5th and the results were alsmost identical (+/- 1hp)

^^^ Same here... Did my baseline in 3rd than my pulls after mods where 4th/3rd/4th. Only a +/-1whp. The reason I was told not to do a 5th or 6th gear pull cause of heatsoak. Since the pulls are longer in higher gears the warmer/hotter the engine gets. Heat = less power. Just my $0.02
