Go to this site and you will see a Eagle Talon owner basically bragging about beatin a 350z that obviously wasn't even trying. You may have seen my post a while ago about my Z vs. my friends 96 AWD Talon, we still have yet to race. I just happened to come by this thread while i was doing a little research. But all i know is that the DSM owners really have some bad things to say about the 350z. And the thread was named "Why are 350z's so slo"

Just wanted to see how all my other Z owners had to say about DSM owners disrespecting a great car like the 350z.

 

what the hell would he have a front mount on it for when he is running a stock turbo and at 9lbs of boost.....thats just really stupid.....all that is doing is making him loose power......i had a 91gst eclipse with just about every
bolt-on for it and i was running 15lbs of boost........it was alot quicker than my z but i don't have any money in the z yet and also i had **** loads of problems with that car......

So they can modify there cheap cars more cheaply, but in the end they still have a cheap looking car....

It wasn't all that disrespectful. If he's making 223 WHP and a Z usually puts down about 235 to 240ish then it would keep up. It sounds like he has a front mount because he's planning on replacing the stock turbo soon.

thats not really harsh trash talking. As a former Civic owner, I know ALL car forums love to bash the Civic.... and I'm far from the typical "civic ricer/tuner"... so perhaps you guys may get an idea of how I felt. For the most part, most forums do respect the Z33 to some extent.
