Most I've ever put in was 18.1 gallons if I remember right. I know it was just over 18.

I used to be able to get 30-32 mpg on the highway, but i cant break the 30 mark anymore, now i can barely get to the 28mpg mark, and the car has 25,000 miles.

Best ive achieved is about 440 miles to a tank.

My average city driving here in the heat and humidity of miami gives me about 300-320 miles to the tank, with 17-18 gallon fillups. Im averaging 17.5 -18 mpg in city driving.

How in the world has everyone been getting such high mileage... I do mixed in San Francisco... a lot of hills and stop and go and average around 350-375 adding the guage and trip odometer.

My ave mpg gauge shows 19.2 and I drive like a granny... seriously like a granny. Shift at 2k, occasional spirited driving (like once every couple weeks). Is something wrong with my car??

chishifu, any mods?

19.2 isn't bad at all for mixed driving.

I barely hit 19.3 today going 70 with cruise control. I usually play when I enter the freeway or exit. Luckily I didn't since a CHP officer who had a hitler moustached drove right next to me. Also I notice if you set it in neutral more often on local, your mileage will go up a whole lot more.

No mods as of yet... Installing a used Helix Cat-back and Megan Y-pipe this weekend.. would those raise mpg at all? I've read of ppl getting better mileage after mods... and worse mileage also =P

Guess i'm just jealouse of those getting 400-450 per tank mixed...

Yes I've seen that most mods lean you out and you need tuning to get them where you want to be.

19.2 seriously isn't bad at all, nothing to be concerned about. Check your air filter just in case it's really dirty.

I just did a run up to DC again, cruising at 75 and got 28.5 MPG. My last run under the same conditions was 28.2 MPG. I'm pretty sure the Nismo exhaust has something to do with it because I used to average around 25.5 MPG before the Nismo exhaust on the same trip.

Anyone getting insane mileage obviously has a nice long commute on a flat highway.

If you actually DRIVE your car spirited once in a while and use some of that torque your MPG will drop.

If you're concerned about mpg, check air filter and tire pressure.

I average about 19 to 20 in the city and 29 to 30 mpg on the freeway. For some reason, when my wife drives the car she seems to average like 25 mpg city
