Default My passenger window

Hey whats up....i got my car back yesterday from getting painted and getting all new glass and my passenger window is doing something weird. It rolls all the way up like its supposed to and then decides to roll half way back down. I call the guy and he has to call somebody else to find out what to do. Has anyone else had this problem??

Common problem with these cars ufortunately. It happened to me at the car wash when the guy closed my door. I came very close to getting an interior wash as well (p.s. I know I shouldn't go to the automatic car washes but this was an emergency as my car was filthy and I had no access to a hose)

There is a way to reset the window motor so your car learns that it is not being obstructed by the top of the door. I don't have the instructions on me, but if you do a search for reseting the window motor it should come up. It involves removing the door panel but should be fairly simple. Hope that helps.

+1. 350Z windows have a mind of there own. They work perfectly unless it rains. When it stop raining they will be fine.

Yah, same problem here. My passenger window seems to be having problems rolling up. Its almost as if the motor is dying it sounds like and then sometimes when its in the process of rolling up it will stop half way and come back down.

The regulator needs to be reset. Nissan will do it under warranty. This has happened on both my driver and passenger window.

Basically what you are saying is I just have to take my car to the dealership and have them reset the regulator. How long is the warranty on the windows if anyone knows?
