Default Lots of vibration at high RPMS??

I recently passed break-in and I had a few high RPM visited and is it normal for the car to vibrate so much over 5500? It seems the clutch pedal and shifter vibrate quite a bit for a V6 with liquid motor mounts. Is this vibration normal? It smooth up until about 5000-5500 but it seems after that somes vibration intruding..

It rattled for me too, but for some reason I don't feel it anymore. Either it went away or I gotten used to it. It startled me the first time I did it. But now it's pretty smooth.

You may want to try a grounding kit. They are reasonable in price and tend to smooth the high end revs. I did notice a difference after I installed one. The tranny does vibrate closer to redline, but this was part of the design as to keep its crisp feel.

I took mine up to 120 mph today and it was very solid.
I'm comparing it to other cars I've owned at speed ( Mercedes E55, Toyota Supra TT, Lotus Esprit Turbo, several Corvettes ) and the 350z is better imho.

I didn't say at high speeds it vibrated, i said at high RPMS walc.. I don't know if I wanna do a grounding kit, i don't wanna mess with any of the wiring.. I plan to keep my Z 99% stock becides my K&N filter I dropped in (which yielded 2-3 MPG more and better throttle response)

The grounding kit doesn't mess with any wiring, it is placed on top of the engine components. The only piece you have to remove is the winshield wiper fluid resevoir to attach the chassis ground cable. The only other slightly intrusive piece is placed on the negative battery terminal. All very easy. Do a search for some pics. I think Takao's pics of the install are in the gallery. That is what I used as a model.

I just installed a grounding kit yesterday and YES the higher rpms are smoother. It doesn't hurt the car. You should do it.
