Default lights on the inside of the door.

I am assuming the lights on the door (located near the bottom, towards the back of the door) are supposed to light up when the door is open. Mine don’t do that, nor do they ever light up. Does anybody know what might be the deal with that? This is a problem I just noticed. Both passenger, and driver don’t light up.

Thanks.

Right on...I was thinking the same thing, but wasn’t for sure so I asked. I was assuming they were functional... never know when you might have a 3rd or 4th person in the car to utilize those cup holders.

The owner manuals is pretty clear on the matter. They are only reflectors...

Overcast could = Rain and that would void the warranty.

There are several features the Maxima's have that I feel should have been included on our Z such as:

lighted door reflectors
power folding mirrors ( Euro model Z's have this)
mirrors that point down when reversing
bluetooth on the steering wheel
lighted footwells

Just my 2c
