Default Performance Nissan experience

I went there last sat to pickup some pulley belts, (my first visit) then returned to get them installed on monday. It was weird, cuz they quoted me $115 over the phone and said it was $200 when I went over (just the crank pulley) (stillen quoted me $99). After I recovered from my heart attack, we agreed on $145. I must say, the service was really great. People accompanied me before my azz was even completely off the seat. Got my car back in a timely fashion and was pleased with the whole experience. Install seems proper and the car's running like a champ. I almost bought an xterra, while at it, cuz I was snooping on the dealer section, too. Might have to go back for the xterra in a few months. If you're willing to fork out the dealer-prices for solid install and reliability, this is a great place.

I'd get it done for $115 or I'd have left.

They quoted 115, they'd have done it for 115. When I call places for stuff, I always write down the name of who I talk to, just in case something like this happens...

Hey man, it was nice meeting you. Unfortunately its important to keep tabs on who you talked to, that way we can stand by the quote. Next time, make sure you talk to Tim Lange in service, Tim handles all of our particular customers and is well educated about a lot of the stuff we sell. He always makes sure our customers are taken care of. You can always contact me as well ahead of time if you need anything.

Dang, why can't we have people like this in Nor-Cal. If the customer service was half as nice I wouldn't dread taking the car to the dealers!

If you plan on coming in to get service, PLEASE let myself or anyone else from Performance know ahead of time, especially if this will be your first visit. We like to make sure all forum members are taken care of so please, shoot me a PM or give me a call (626.739.1922) and I will coordinate to get you to Tim in service.

Hi Andy, I need to talk to one of you, Jeff, or Jason. My car is at the dealership right now. I just bought it on the 7th. Mike was my advisor and I am pretty mad at how you guys handled my car. I sent you a PM. Please call me.
