at around what milege did u guys start getting better gasmilege?

im getting bout 18mpg now at 730 miles

 

not sure on a mileage... but I started around 18, and now I get mid 20's, I think thats as high as Im gonna get.

 

best i ever got was 475 miles on a tank.

ive noticed city im looking at 230 a tank
and highway 400+ bigggggggggggggg difference

 

im getting about 230 miles for 12-13gallons mostly city driving

 

jeez... when do you shift??? thats REALLY low. lowest Ive heard ever...

 

I just filled up : got 20Mpg city driving exactly. (280 miles on 14.02Gallons).

I got used to shift at 4500 or so, lower sometimes. Barely ever get past 5000...

I am also used to reset my trip at every fill up. Just a habit...

You're about exactly where I am. I have about 750 miles on mine and I'm getting 18.5 mpg in 95% city driving.

 

with about 1650 miles.. iit hangs around 20mpg.. sometimes down to 19.2 and sometimes up to 21.3

 

With about 4k I get on average about 22-23mpg hwy and city combined. On long highway drives with cruise set to 70 I get over 28MPG.

 

right... somethings wrong with your car then... thats WAY low. and your shifting real low too. do you have an explanation that your just not telling?

 

i reved to 3k bout 3 times on first gear turning corners, thats it othe than that its always been under3k so i don't know

 

After 4000 miles I get around 24 mpg with a 50/50 mix of highway and local driving. This is measured by actual miles / gallons filled. The computer is telling me about .5 mpg high.
